“This is a beautiful apartment. It is nicely decorated and in a very quiet location. The beach is a short walk away. Shopping and restaurants are nearby, but not so close as to be obtrusive. I will definitely consider this location first when I return to Amelia Island.”

“Have stayed in many condos on Amelia, a few in Shipwatch, and this may be my favorite for my family of 5. This building is on the end, so although it's a little more of a walk to the pool and beach, it was very quiet, which we loved. Clean, well equipped, we will be back!”

The floors and walls are very thin. The unit next to us had a dog that barked for 2 straight hours while they were out for the evening.
