“We were very happy with our stay at Comfort Inn Lancaster at Rockvale. It's quite close to the American Music Theatre, where we were attending a concert. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The room met our needs and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was included and coffee was available 24 hours a day (in addition to small coffee makers inside the rooms). “The room was dirty upon arrival, the shower head was covered in grime, and both the sheets and pillows had a strong musty odor. Several electrical outlets in the room did not work, and the toilet would not flush properly. Overall, the condition of the room fell well below expectations and was very disappointing.”
