Located in the red light district, this hostel was a perfect walking distance from all the main attractions in Amsterdam. Staff gave us an early check-in which was veryy much appreciated. Overall, an amazing experience.

Perfect vibrant location great hostel to stay in, I highly recommend it, Basic breakfast available. Hot water tea coffee available for $2 euro in reception as no kettles etc in the rooms. Iron available from reception to use when needed. Absolutely great value for money. Although many steep stairs to climb no lift available. And no air condition in rooms but radiator works wonders but mine did make a dreadful noise after having it on for a while so would have to keep turning it off. Overall I Would stay here again

This place has a good location. It’s a place to shower and sleep. Nothing fancy. The staff are very nice.

Ideal location but pls note…

Pros: 24hr helpful receptionist, super central location, my room was not disturbed by outside noise (other rooms may be) bed was clean and average for mattress comfort. Stayed in 12 bed dorm with 2 showers and toilets which was fine. Breakfast €10 is buffet continental with decent coffee. I paid nearly €5 for a black coffee at the end of the street so this was worth it for me :) Cons: it’s the Red Light District so pls be vigilant of dodgy characters outside especially at night. The man child sleeping on the bed above me was making phone calls in the middle of the night and woke me up several times (not the hotels fault - they have good house rules posters around so pls respect the rules)

Booked the three bed en suite for a family trip to Amsterdam. The room was very small, however we paid a great price for a very central hotel. The room was spotless and the beds were very very comfy! We had a bedroom facing onto the ‘courtyard’? Which was the back of the hotel and there were no issues with noise from the Main Street even with the windows open. Would recommend if you’re looking for a budget friendly accommodation in the centre.

This hostel met all of our needs. It is right on the edge of then Red Light District, so quiet a lot of people around, tough to drive to because of the very narrow streets & masses of people. They had a valet service to park our car, but was $45/day. Lots to do and see from this location within 30 min of walking. No elevator in the building, so be prepared to lug your bags up several of flights of stairs.

I like the property since it is in the center of the red light district area of Amsterdam. The place is in front of a canal and next door neighbors are the famous red light district businesses. It is in the center of dining/shopping/entertainment in Amsterdam. The price I paid was very reasonable. Staff are very helpful, polite, and super friendly. They do the extra effort of making your comfortable .The place is also minutes away from places of interest in Amsterdam. I will definitely recommend this place not just to family and friends, but also to those who are plot visit Amsterdam.

In the heart of the Red Light District

In the very center of the red light district (meaning, you are surrounded by brothels and weed stores - wasn’t a problem for us though), pretty good room (large, with stable beds and a table). No kitchen, just a microwave in the breakfast room. Normal sized towel included and toiletries in the bathroom. Could be cleaner and the lockers are too thin to fit a backpacking backpack.

Nice property in the heart of the red district. Your are literally in the red district. You will hear people walking in the middle night . Didn’t bother me actually it adds to its appeal . But it’s just me .Budget friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are up to date. If this is the kind of accommodation fits your taste and budget Not a bad place to stay just know what your getting . I saw more mature / older people in this hostel.
