"It's hard to rate this property at the moment as the beach in front of the hotel is currently under heavy construction and inaccessible. The nearest usable beach is a few minutes' walk away but you'll have to rent lounge chairs if you don't want to roast under the sun. The hotel itself is small-ish but nice. The lofts are nice and comfortable, though the bathrooms lacked ventilation. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good considering the size of the hotel and even has an egg station and nice local dishes. The onsite spa is also nice. Overall, the hotel is nice enough but the major downside is of course the beach construction rendering it unusable (until at least the end of the year according to the staff) and the noise and vibration it creates. On the plus side, this whole side of Hoi an beach is now very quiet and much less touristy. It dependsn what you want and the deal you can get... but if you need beach access from the h ootel, you'll have to seek elsewhere until the end of the repairs."
