Sophie who is the manager of the property was genuinely friendly and warm and helped a lot with all queries. A must visit for few days. 「We had three wonderful days at Coco Villa. Kim and her team took such great care of us. She got us in touch with a great tailor, organised a private cooking class and lantern boat road for sunset. Our room was beautiful and clean, with a big bathroom. Our balcony had a huge day bed and chairs, overlooking the pool downstairs. Breakfast can also be included, which we did the first morning. "Extremely disappointed the hotel not possible providing the advance booked supreme class seaview room type at the first three days, due to the room being occupied by others, though the reception officers keen offering alternate room. Outcome, my family had suffered from staying at a down-graded smaller size seaview room during the first three day and returned to the booked supreme class seaview room only at the last 2 days. Time lost for change rooms leading me quite poor travelling experienced due to hotel not securing their room reservation commitment!!"
