“Perfect for our family of seven adults! We spent seven nights relaxing and days enjoying several wineries and distilleries in the area. It is secluded but conveniently located within 10 minutes of the Bluegrass Parkway for easy access to many stops along The Bourbon Trail. Additionally, the lodge is very well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we prepared while there. Erin, the host, was great! She reached out to make sure we were settled in after arriving and……

“Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The cabin was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We loved the peaceful surroundings—it was the perfect place to unwind after exploring Kentucky, including our visit to the Ark. The location was great for seeing the beautiful horse country while still feeling private and quiet. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made the entire experience effortless. This cabin played a big part in making us fall in love with Kentucky, and……

“This property is smack dab in the middle of the host family's horse farm which makes for some stunning views and beautiful morning and evening walks. “The stay was great, everything was just as advertised and great communication throughout.”

“The property and house was gorgeous! Very peaceful and relaxing. Location is great if you are there for Bourbon Tours. The hot tub was a nice surprise since I didn't see it listed when I first booked. Highly recommend this property! Mary Ann was easy to get a hold of and friendly.”

“The cabin was cozy, just as pictured. Had a wonderful and peaceful time. Would stay there again.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this place!! We did not want to leave.”

“Our family had such a wonderful time staying at The Rec Farm! We honestly wish we could have stayed longer. It was so peaceful, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Our kids absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave to go back home—which says it all! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in town. Thank you for such a great experience!”
