"The renovation work and the feel of the property was amazing! I felt like I was in a hotel in Europe with the attention to the small details and the modern and efficient feel. There were multiple dining options across the street (walkable), and the lake view and patio space were really nice. Can't really think of anything negative to say! (Be warned that the space is small, so if you like to spread out this might not be for you... that being said the use of the space was amazing!)"

"There was NOT staff on site 24 hours a day despite being told twice there would be, and NO staff on site on weekends. All communication had to be through an app and you had to wait for them to respond. Our message asking about linens for the sofa sleeper never received a response. "

"I attended a conference downtown Minneapolis and stayed here. Really excellent option for me. Nicer than most of the hotels I could have chosen while paying significantly less. Walkable to a nice grocery store. Great kitchen and refrigerator. On the weekend it was a six minute drive to the conference center."

"Place was very nice. Elevator smelled like weed all day every day. Wireless in room didn’t work. Tv uses chromecast so I could not use that. Communication was great. Will stay again. "

"We had a hockey tournament in Blaine, MN, and decided to stay at a lake house instead of the standard hotel. The house was the perfect size for our family of four, and our boys loved fishing, kayaking, and canoeing. Communication with Kevin was great, and the weekend trip went smoothly. To top it off, we have a perfect view of the Northern Lights from the end of the dock."
