「Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Don't let the outside scare you. :) The outside looks a bit weathered and run down but I believe that's just what you get from being next to the ocean. 「The view from the windows is incredible. Even on overcast days, you see the ocean and the waves breaking on the beach. The apartment was immaculate. The kitchen is adequate for quick meals or one pot on a burner. The neighborhood is quiet. If you use public transportation a bus stop is only a couple of blocks away. 」
