"The location of the property couldn’t be any better. Steps from the beach which included beach loungers. Easy walking distance to downtown Bradenton Beach. The place was spacious and very clean. Had everything you might need including lots of towels and beach towels. It was extremely relaxing. Will definitely return with any future trips to the area."

"The property was beautiful and a short walk to the beach! The home looks brand new with high end furnishings. I’d recommend adding rugs at the pool doors to keep the floors from getting wet, add towel hooks in the bathrooms for bath towels and a 2nd refrigerator on the lower level by the pool for entertaining. Overall, we’d recommend this property"

"A great place. Hard wood floors, nice decks front and back. Nice private pool area. The only downside are the steep steps to the apartment. Bringing suitcases and coolers up could be a problem for older people with bad backs, like me. Fortunately our son in law was with us!"

"Great location close to beach and stores, our group of teenagers enjoyed having their own space and everyone loved the pool. The space is huge, having different kitchens worked out well and everything was clean and well appointed. Highly recommend."

"This property was spectacular! Very clean and well equipped for my family to have a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. We rented a boat and kept it on the dock for a couple days. We appreciated all the amenities the owner had available at the house (coolers, beach chairs, pool toys, etc.). Our family likes to cook in and the kitchen was well equipped and we especially appreciated the gas grill!! Host was an excellent communicator. We hope to be back!!"

"This vacation rental was clean and easy to get to. Easy access to the beach and the free trolley. The trolley will drop you off and pick you up at many convenient locations from the south end to the north end of the island. Many good places to eat and shop. This vacation rental also gives you nice privacy. The owner Jennifer is wonderful. We had a great week."

"I rented this entire house for my sons wedding on Anna Maria Island. Giving 5 stars for this place feels like an injustice. The location is perfect-a short walk to watch the sunrise on the bay or the sunset from the beach. Plenty of parking, but who needs a car when there’s a free trolley right out your door to take you anywhere on the island. No need to pack for the beach. This property provides anything you would ever need, from chairs to towels to beach toys, and a wagon to load it all in....

"Great Property, Perfect location! Pool and backyard are one of the nicest we’ve encountered on AMI. Walkable to every thing. Bean Point access at the end of the street. Rod & Reel Pier is very close by. Extremely well stocked. It could use a few extra bath towels (only 4 provided for 4 people). Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely little beach house in a 4 unit one floor complex. Nicely decorated and definitely clean. I’m a stickler for linens and was grateful for white towels and white bedding. I don’t want to feel like I’m in a strangers home. It’s pretty small so you wouldn’t want more than 2 guests. Everything you would need is provided.
