Perfect Little Gem in AMI

I loved this house!!! I do a lot of beach staycations and this is one of my very favorites. The house was so cute. Great simple decor. All the things needed in the kitchen. Bed was great! I will stay here again and absolutely recommend this location to all of my friends and family.

Sweet Little Beach Vibe

The rental was clean, had the comforts of home. Perfect size for a single, couple or small family. The pool and location were great. Close to everything without being right in it. Only real complaint was the bed was firmer than I prefer.

Sunrise Garden will be a staple for our family. Apt. style, yet lush and private. Simple. Perfect location. If you are not a property snob and just want to relax, ride bikes/golf carts and forget the rest of the world for awhile, this is the place. We will return.

Sunrise Garden has a beautiful, private pool with newly covered palm patio umbrellas and lots of chairs. We really enjoyed sitting out by and swimming in the pool. The exterior landscaping is colorful with lots of lush trees, flowers, and bushes. There is plenty of parking, although guests did seem to park in each other's spots quite often. The location is tops! We had easy access to restaurants, beaches, the pier, beach supplies, and shopping. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, looking at the houses. It was SO nice to be able to walk everywhere. The suite itself was cute. It was spacious enough for the two of us. We did not cook, but it did not seem that the number of stemware and other essentials were checked. We only found one wine glass. The laundry facilities are outside, and one washer would not drain. It was free, which was nice. Our biggest complaint is that the bedroom is extremely bright. The blinds don't block light, and there are security lights right outside the windows. My husband ended up buying black plastic tablecloths to hang up to block the light a bit. The bathroom electric outlet also shorted the first time I tried to use it. No one came to look at it, although a workman did come to repair a previously reported problem with the fridge. He was in and out of our room for a few hours, which was only slightly inconvenient. Overall, we had such a nice time and were really glad that we chose Sunrise Garden.

Perfect place to stay on the island

For our small family of 3 this was the perfect little condo that is located in my favorite area of the island. Everything we needed was a short bike ride away.

Walkable to the east side of the island near the pier. Lots of solid food options. If you rent a bike or golf cart you have great access to Bean Point and the main gulf side. Would def rent here again.

pool area was very nice. The mattress on the bed is terrible .It should have been replaced years ago. I Actually folded up the extra blanket an put it in the middle of the bed to keep from rolling into the low middle

Atmosphere looked great, but hugely lacking on Quality.

The bed was literally falling apart at the frame. Did not get more tha 2 hr sleep each night between my girlfriend and l. The two lamps attached to each side of bed would most likely fall away from the wall. Out of beach towels second day of four day stay. The location and scenery of the pool are really nice. Quality really lacking.

We have stayed here eight times and love the feel and location of the Sunrise Garden Resort. It has become quite expensive but so has all accommodation in the area as it has gained popularity over the years. Vacasa began managing the property a few years ago and have made many enhancements but there is one glaring problem: the internet. We stayed here in November and there was very intermittent internet as Spectrum was working on the problem. You can imagine our shock when the internet service was actually worse when we arrived 10 days ago. Property management offered a monetary compensation for the issue which we accepted. The saving grace was that we could access the internet using my wife's phone as a "hot spot" but even that offered a weak signal -- perhaps due to the units having a metal roof. Aside from this aggravation we enjoyed our stay and Vacasa's Eric J. was most helpful as we worked through the frustrations.

Cute and cozy on Anna Maria Island

The setting and the feel of this hotel have has us return at least seven times. It was independent in the past but is now managed by Vasaca who are spending a considerable sum on improvements. The price has gone up considerably over the past few years and I have a real problem paying a $125 cleaning fee after a 3-day stay or any stay for that matter. There was a major problem with the WiFi (it was essentially out for most of our 3 day stay but Patti, the property manager, did an excellent job compensating us for the irritation. To be fair, they were in the process of a major WiFi upgrade during our stay so it's likely this was a one time event.
