“Very clean - nice accommodations. We had a very large suite - great for 3 and could have accommodated up to 4 comfortably.”

“From our after midnight arrival to the manager who went out of his way to change us from one type of handicap access room to one that was better suited to my needs. This property was run like a well oiled machine. The staff overall was polite and helpful, which obviously was made possible by the manager who seemed to treat them all the same way he treated guests (kind and helpful) even when he wasn’t in the building the staff was exceptional. A rare find these days”

“Lovely property. Front desk staff very helpful. Requested housecoats and slippers, slippers never came, housecoats was the rattiest thing I have seen, would fit a child and both had no ties. I stayed two days and they never vacuumed my room and there was a spider on the ceiling and a huge cobweb in the window that I cleaned. I had to ask three different people to fix the safe before it was fixed. Dining staff was extremely slow with picking up dishes and the food was not very flavourful for……

Firstly arrived staff very nice gave room key, room turns out to be the furthest as possible away from reception. Not a problem just an interesting observation. “The Ettington Park hotel is an extraordinary English Family Castle with a great & long history. Our stay in this hotel was extremely comfortable and relaxed. Despite belated arrival at night, we were all welcomed by their staff with thoughfully arranged dinner & wine & porter services of many bulk luggage.
