“Beautiful building, the bed in the Captains room wasn’t comfortable, but overall it was a nice stay. Little bar was within walking distance. I’d definitely stay again.”

“This was a great stopover on our way to friends. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Bonus-I got to see my first manatee in the water right off the dock. I just wish the weather would have been warmer...Would stay here again. ”

“Roger greeted us upon arrival and was such a joy. He made it feel like we were family. The room is exquisite in architecture and with a balcony and private bath, it is perfect to sit and look out at the museum and people walking. It is a half mile walk into the heart of town which is perfect to experience Brooksville. Breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to our friends. ”

“I couldn’t have gotten a better deal. The room was warm, the water was hot, the sheets, floors and everything else was clean. No complaints. And once again I got a great deal on the room. This is not my first time at the motel and I stay there whenever I’m in the area. ”

“Stuff very friendly except i guess the older guy with the mustache probably the manager of the property that he needs to smile a little bit more and have better manners. Besides him everyone else said hi and good morning before any other sentence. I would stay again property is very clean rooms are cozy and its very quiet. Plus there is a shopping plaza right next to it that pretty much has everything! And across the street there is two gas stations. The water park is a walking distance from……

“Friendly staff & quick check-in, easily accessed rooms & parking, comfortable & inviting interiors that are clean and welcoming. The included breakfast was an enjoyable surprise bc (strange as it may be for a 60+ yr old): Frosted Flakes (among other cereal options), various yogurts, 4 juice options, bagels & toast accompanied the egg white frittata, sausage & potatoes and 2 types of waffle batter + toppings for all. Truly a nice departure from the muffin, orange juice & coffee deemed……
