"The check-in was very efficient. Alain and all the front desk staff were helpful and welcoming. We stayed as a family (two adults and two teens) and the room was just the right size. The bed and pullout couch for our teens were comfortable. A special acknowledgment for Elisa, one of the cleaning staff, who helped us find a way to San Remo when the trains weren’t working well. 😎 The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach, to the old city with restaurants and shopping. "A somewhat worn down resort, 2 small pools no other shared facilities. Some cafés, restaurants and a good grocery store very close by though. Also very close to swimming lake (Lac de Saint-Cassien, recommended), Cannes, the Riviera etc. A holiday home - not suitable for short stays due to cleaning costs and not so flexible check-in hours. Check-in after 19 possible, but has to be arranged. Staff didn't speak English on the phone - code exchange was difficult. Read the fine print - Hotels.com...
