「1.房間乾淨、物品應有盡有，僅吹風機風力較小，床的品質佳，很有睡，而樓房間、一樓開放式客廳，有度假風。 2.訂房贈送迎賓飲料(AM11-PM11)、下午茶(3PM-4PM)和編織提袋，因特價時訂房，二晚不到台幣一千元，物超所值。 3.飯店和沙灘相連，飯店內有三座開放式泳池及兒童成人運動場所，推薦全家一起來度假。 4.飯店位於自行車道旁，適合騎單車，相當舒適，另鄰近當地市集、餐廳、按摩院和藝文等。這裡是我在峇里島六天當中覺得最適合度假與休閒，又能觀察當地生活的地方。 5.客服人員態度好，能夠協助房客要求，相當感謝客服人員提供的服務與態度。」

「The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. 」

「This is our 2nd time here. The location is so convenient to Main Street in Sanur. Plenty of eating options. The resort is absolutely beautiful, quiet, and very relaxing. Staff is top notch. Just like family. We would stay again when we come back. 」

「The environment is clean and it's like a garden to walk around. It is suitable for families to travel together. The SPA and the massage is affordable and great! Some of the facilities are kind of old but the overall environment is great. The staffs are very helpful and try their best to help whenever we are in need.」

「Rooms were all very clean and a good size. Dinning area is very big. Villa was cleaned on a daily basis. Excellent pool and gardens which are well maintained. 」
