「Two bulbs were not working so clothes unit and te a are were in the dark.The bathroom rack was red rusty where the towels were placed.Bathroom shelf was chipped all way along the edge.Needs repairs.」

「We stayed at Woodhall hotel and spa for 4 nights in the lodges. There was not much natural light entering the room and noise can be heard from the adjoining room The building could do with some refurbishment The views and gardens are beautiful The staff were really excellent and nothing was too much trouble The food was equally good with some fabulous combinations and flavours and, they have an interesting wine list, if slightly on the pricey side. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you」

「The location was great, lots of parking spaces. Breakfast room and bar area very nice. Booked a Kingsize room everything looked tired, windows were dirty, very old and didn’t close properly. Had no bathrobes nor slippers in the room, wanted us to pay extra in a SPA hotel! Noise after midnight wasn’t managed well by staff. The wedding guests went outside for a cigarette and were pretty loud. Also white vans were loading / unloading stuff after midnight and very early in the morning without any...
