"Had a very pleasant stay. They provide Stickers for small tattoos you might have. The spa/ sentimental was really refreshing after travelling. The facilities were also very clean and the interior was well lit and furnished in a bright tone, which made everything fell very cozy and clean. Staff was very nice and polite. The surrounding area is also very convient, super close to a big modern mall “Sakura”. Had a very pleasant stay, would definitely visit again. "

"Overall this a good hotel and close to Kumamoto station. This hotel is a bit dated and uses keys for hotel rooms. Amenities were basic. Room was spacious. Staff were friendly. "
