「Great location, great service. It is a great hotel. I will stay it again if I visit Krakow again.」

「Room was very clean and spacious, staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel location was good with old town, castle and river front in easy walking distance. Tram stop 5 mins walk away from here you can get a tram to the Jewish quarter and ghetto. Some nice places to eat near the hotel as well. 」

「Very good experience , staff very helpful and very nice .spacious room, near city Centre in old town , a bit far away from krakow glowny train station. Have microwave oven , very convenient. 」

「新的這一棟房間裝修光亮採光很好、我選擇2張單人床的感覺床很小，可能是亞洲的單人床睡慣大的了、建議還是選擇大床舒服一點、服務很好跟他們要水都會送上來房間！樓下的spa也挺不錯的有空的話可以去享受一下！游泳池是室內的不大，記得帶泳衣過來享受喔！早餐也可以接受，當然沒亞洲酒店這麼豐富這房間唯一缺點便是洗澡時水會流出地面、而地面卻沒有排水孔導致洗完澡後地面宛如淹水一樣需要用很多毛巾去擦拭吸水！水會沿著浴缸邊緣流到地面，由於地板是大理石所以擔心會滑倒！不建議老人入住」

「A hotel with amazing staff and an extremely helpful owner manager. Beautiful art deco style decor throughout and a lift to all floors as well as stairs, if you would prefer. The reception area is very well kept and the dining area, of to the right, is also. 「Good location for all activities, a lot of restaurants and bar just 5 minutes can reach. McDonald’s just opposite. Breakfast is good taste and enough to charge energy before starting activities.
