“The rooftop lounge is a great place for drinks. Room was nicely appointed, bed and bedding were excellent, loved the all-marble bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. One issue I encountered: the restaurant downstairs, Serafina, is supposed to be open for breakfast and provide room service to the hotel, but they never answered their phone. That's not the hotel's fault, but I wouldn't rely on that amenity.”
