This hotel was wonderful! We (two of us) stayed in a superior room and had a view of St. Patrick's Cathedral. The hotel is in the PERFECT location to walk to everything inmidtown Manhattan. The bed is the MOST comfortable hotel I've ever slept on and the pillows and bedding are top notch. Will definitely be staying here again!

Stayed here for an NYC trip and truly the staff is what makes The Jewel such a great place for our stay needs. They were super accommodating and helpful the entire time my partner I were there. The cherry on top is that the location is so convenient! Would absolutely recommend!

Amazing location. Right across the street from the Rockefeller Center. Rooms are clean and housekeeping does a fantastic job tidying up if you request that they do so. We will be back for sure.

The Jewel Hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything. The staff was pleasant, accommodating, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A small but thoughtful touch was the water bottles on each floor, which were especially convenient when traveling with kids.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. Location was very central to most things. I liked the coffee area. It was very nice. Restaurants were nearby. Shame there was no breakfast area in the hotel though.
