“開始給我房間空調是壞了，空調位置還不斷滴水，開始的時候跟我說沒有房間可以更換。 幸好當值經理很盡責，給我更換了一間房間，免得我在沒有空調，有漏水危險情況下的房間住一個晚上。 硬件不好，但感謝當值人員的服務”
