"Clean "

"Room was not clean. Hadn’t been vacuumed and microwave didn’t work. There was something spilled on wall. Just poorly taken care of"

"We stayed one night. When we arrived there was a used wash rag hanging over the shower head. The cable wasn’t working so we couldn’t watch tv. We were able to log into YouTube so our kids could watch something. $3 in quarters for the dryer but no change machine was not helpful. Staff were nice. The hot tub wasn’t very hot but it was indoor/outdoor which was cool. Breakfast included was good except the bacon was like eating paper thin jerky. "

"Hot tub was nice and hot. The flooring around the pool and hot tub was so beyond slippery. My kids fell (while walking) multiple times. I slipped a few times and fell once. There is a slippery spot near the slide stairs thst goes at a slight down hill that I also slipped on. My kids got to a point where they chose to just crawl around the pool because they didn't want to slip. Pool itself was very cold. Which is a bit of a bummer with little kids who want to play wven if they're miserably cold and shivering. "

"Price gauging and couldn’t move reservation. Same room 2 different weekends, $120 difference. I get that hotels can do this but the biggest problem I had is I was standing in front of them on a Friday night at almost 10pm before I realized I booked the wrong date. I was more than willing to pay the $120 difference and they had a room available, but said I would have to pay the full $175 for the room that night which was available and would still lose the full amount on the next weekend.why not just let me move my reservation which is still a week out, I would pay the difference."
