“Pros: Hot Springs, Good meals with two restaurants, breakfast included; very nice staff
Cons: Treehouse was awful to stay in and definitely not worth the money; very outdated, tons of bugs everywhere; it was like staying in a tiny cabin infested with bugs. So disappointing. :(”

“We were warmly greeted on our arrival by super-helpful Felipe. We had an early start our first morning and asked if a 6am breakfast (90 minutes before breakfast is usually served) would be possible. Not a problem we were told. I was anticipating that we might get a pastry. But instead we started our day with the most amazing home cooked juevos rancheros. Staying in the tree house was special. “Clean rooms and friendly staff. La Fortuna is about a 30 min drive. The friendly (Giovanni and Louis) make the drive worth it. We were able to spot sloth from the facility (guess we were lucky). I would definitely recommend it if you are on a budget. ”
