“We loved how hospitable and friendly everyone was from the front desk attendants, elevator repairmen, dining hostesses, management and hotel attendant! Everyone rocked! “I stayed at WoodSpring Suites in St. Louis Arnold on June 21. I got there probably around six 630. The young lady working in the desk was so very helpful. I had my dog with me my suitcase and another item I was carrying and she helped me get on the elevator and got me up to my room while she carried some stuff for me. The room was very clean. Bathroom was very cleanand the bed was very comfortable! Had a wonderful kitchenette. It looks like they just remodeled all the rooms they had a hard wood……

“This property has live plants everywhere and it is so refreshing!! In the pool area there are potted plants and a shower to rinse off!! You never see that at hotels! The only negative thing I will bring up is the parking and the outside sitting area. You have to park pretty far from the front (only about 15 spaces up front) There is not much sitting space outside like other Comfort Inn and Suites in the area.”

“Check in went smooth the lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. I let the front desk know there was some water on the floor and she went and cleaned it up right away. I would stay here again. ”

“Have a nice staying afternoon 8 hours driving. Room is great and clean. Breakfast is at the nice and have things we needed. The swimming pool is open and have kids playing in it. We hadn’t use it. Instead we use the fitting room for half an hour. Facilities are some what old and make annoying sounds when used.”
