The apartment includes: a bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, shower toilet, washing machine, and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with dining area, induction stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, pod machine, and many utensils. In the cozy living room, you will find a sofa bed for two (140x200 cm), two armchairs, a workspace with good Wi-Fi, LCD smart TV with streaming, Blu-ray player, and radio. The bedroom has a double bed (extra bed possible) and a spacious wardrobe. The utility room offers iron, ironing board, and drying rack. Wi-Fi and parking are free. In the lockable bike garage, bikes have space and batteries can be charged. There is also a covered terrace with lounge furniture and a parking space on the property.\n\nThe barrier-free apartment is on the ground floor of our detached house in the center of Arnsberg-Neheim (Sauerland). A supermarket is nearby. Neheim’s center with shopping, restaurants, and snack bars is a few minutes' walk away. Bus (40 m) and train (1.4 km) are within walking distance.\n\nThe apartment is ideal for holidaymakers, cyclists, motorcyclists, hikers, business travelers, and seminar participants. Besides many leisure and cultural offers in the city—city tours, adventure pool/outdoor pool, golf, tennis, shopping, museums, Schlossberg, monasteries—hiking and cycling trails invite you to explore the area with Möhne, Sorpe, Hennesee, and the Arnsberg Forest, or enjoy the landscapes along Ruhr and Möhne."}
