“The Master Trevi was a great place to stay in Rome. The staff was super helpful getting us settled and our room had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the smoke detector light, it was super bright and blinked all the time. If you have any issues with light sensitivity when sleeping maybe bring some light blocking stickers or something. ”

“雖然飯店大門外觀有遭人塗鴉看起來不是很美觀，但內部還算乾淨，門口就是地鐵出口也很便利，附近也有大型超市可以購買食材，櫃台服務人員也很友善，不過櫃檯的服務時間偏短，比較不利於check in/ check out需要找人溝通，而check out後的寄放行李可能需要加強管理，此次雖然行李並沒有遺失東西，但寄放過程中，櫃台人員並沒有一直監看，也沒有提供領取憑證，會讓人擔心有很高遺失風險”

“Very cozy room and friendly staffs. The breakfast is no fancy but essential and sufficient. Just one small thing: The room is equipped with stoves, with pot, cups and spoons, which is nice but surprisingly, no kettle! Luckily we can go to the canteen for hot water to make tea and coffee. The free parking venue is a plus. Supermarket is close by. Overall, I will recommend this place for someone come with car.”

Our first room had some very loud construction noise nearby, but the staff was quick and kind in moving us to another hotel with a similar room. The new space was just as lovely and much quieter. “Our family of five had an amazing stay in the historic part of Rome. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, as well as metro and train stations, which made getting around the city so easy. “Loved the location and the balcony kitchen area- even though we weren't there long enough to utilize the kitchen, it was nice to have- same with washing machine availability. Simone was extremely helpful the entire time and could communicate with me in both Spanish and English since my Italian is very lacking.
