“Linda was absolutely wonderful to communicate with! She was very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. The unit itself was spacious, and we appreciated having a designated parking space and being close to the beach since we were staying for Warped Tour weekend. We initially had trouble accessing the unit because the provided door code did not work, but Linda responded promptly and helped us resolve it.The main drawback was that we did not feel entirely comfortable with the unit’s security……

The entire unit has undergone a beautiful, high-quality remodel with every space, including the bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen and bathrooms made to feel fresh and modern. “Although Properly close to Downtown and had a private gate and quiet neighborhood; the standard to be a 4 start rate property it’s too far away. Had Broken curtains, non matching towels, missing shower door, ants infestation, unclean refrigerator, unmatched silverware and pots and pans. Owner needs to do some research how to improve property values.”

“Apartment was very cute loved the decor. Location was perfect for our trip, close to the convention center, beaches and resturants. Neighbors were very nice and helpful with information. Parking was a bit of a hassle, there was limited street parking. Luckily a neighbors suggested the pay to park lot 2 blocks down.”

“I knew I’d write this review within moments of stepping inside the condo. To say it exceeded our expectations is an understatement. As former residents of HB, it was important that we be near the beach; the condo’s location was ideal and having dedicated parking in that part of Sunset was ideal; a quick walk and you’re in the sand! The home itself is lovely - the pictures online are absolutely what you see when you’re there. We especially appreciated having the option to run the AC splits,……

“Host was great, communicated well throughout. Property was very clean, spacious andexceptionally comfortable. We could walk to restaurants. We attended Rose Bowl parade and it turned out to be very convenient for that event. It's also close to Huntington gardens and museums. We landed in a good place in this condo! ”

“The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place”
