「Conveniently located near Arusha ARK airport. Clean and safe with some maintenance issues (flickering lights). Not the most comfortable beds, but acceptable. Overall a good choice if you require easy access to ARK. 」

「Der Geruch im Badezimmer war sehr unangenehm, man mochte das Bad kaum betreten.Ein extrem scharfes Desinfektionsmittel, wahrscheinlich muss das so sein.. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprach gut Englisch Das Hotel ist sehr altbacken und in die Jahre gekommen, aber völlig ok. Der Garten ist wunderschön und hat viele schattige Plätze zum verweilen」

「it was fine for two nights but i coudjnt do any more than that. its in a more sketchy part of town and its SO loud. the breakfast was not the best, i didnt eat, and the wifi sucks. the one good thing was the shower water stays hot haha super run down in everything else 」

「The staff at the property were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The à la carte menu is highly recommended, and the breakfast was decent with a good selection. While the property is not within walking distance of nearby restaurants or markets, taxis were always readily available to take us wherever we needed to go. The garden is beautiful and provides a very pleasant atmosphere.」

「The worst experience we had in Tanzania and also in all my african travels. The photos looked nice, the garden also acceptable, but....as we arrived the reception had no idea of the booking. Walls dirty, has not seen paint for years. Same the rooms, old paint falling off walls, leakages on walls,toilet without the board...We checked a few rooms, all the same. We left our luggages there and went for search of some other place. We found it and subsequently wanted to leave due to the poor hygiene....

「Staff were 5 star quality - really impressed that while I was there it was my home - nothing was to big or small to ask. Handy distance from town without being too close. Nice and quiet in the evenings 😊 They even packed a breakfast for me to take to the airport when I left at 0300 😳 Food was great in the restraunt and quick walk to local vendors. Felt safe in the hotel and walking in the local area. Thanks to the whole team for giving such personalised customer care 💜」
