“Our stay was very pleasant. We had a small issue with the shower, which was fixed immediately. The staff were extremely friendly and organized everything for us. Even the airport pickup went perfectly.”

“De kamer(s) ware zeer luidruchtig. Het Hotel is gelegen aan een zeer drukken baan die 24/7 verkeer heeft. Ramen die niet geluidswerend/isolerend waren. Kamers waren matig en in mijngeval viel het bed spon uit elkaar op dag 2. Na 3x aandringen werd het gerepareerd. De balie medewerkers zijn vriendelijk maar qua afspraken vaag ... ”

“Check in veloce e professionale, anche se avevo fatto esplicita richiesta di avere una camera lontana dagli ascensori, mi é stata assegnata una difronte gli ascensori, ma comunque il rumore proveniente dalla strada non ti fa sentire altro, frastuono di auto continuo e suonate di clacson , durante il ramadan alle 04:45 cominciail richiamo alla preghiera. Insonorizzazione della camera , inesistente. Camera pulita un po piccola per 3 persone, il servizio di pulizie va sollecitato, se non lasciate……

“Let me start with all the positives to the Pyraking. The front desk staff is there to assist in transportation, questions, and even walked us to the Pyramids one day. Top notch service in this department. The rooftop views are incredible and the beds are fairly comfortable. The shower and bathroom also excellent. Their driver Mohammed picked us up at the airport and returned us there as well. He was incredible and even felt like family. Couple of negatives as well. First the internet was……

“If you book there will be an offer to collect you from the airport ( this is important first agree on what the driver will be wearing for ID because you or an independent taxi will not find the hotel which is in a worst for wear apartment block with no signage . A lift will take you to the 6th floor ( that’s an experience) then you see the hotel and be gobsmacked .The taxi driver thinks he has a racing car so be prepared to be alarmed . Staff very nice and helpful. ”

“Camera ampia e pulita con acqu in bottiglietta sempre disponibile e gratuita. In caso di escursioni presto é possibile chiedere la colazione al sacco chr si può ritirare direttamente la mattina alla reception. Molto comodo il servizio auto da e per l’aeroporto. Personale gentile e colazione in terrazza ottima. Unica pecca é che le stanze potrebbero essere meglio insonorizzate verso l’esterno. Purtroppo l’hotel è su una strada trafficata e gli egiziani hanno una propensione all’utilizzo del……

“We had a very nice stay. The room was brand new and very comfortable. The bed and linens are first rate. We had a lovely balcony with a direct view of the pyramids. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious and served on our balcony. The staff was very friendly and anxious to please. Someone is on site at all times. This is a very small property- 4 rooms on one floor recently converted from an apartment. There is no common area or lobby and the street entrance is dim and the elevator small……

“We loved our stay at Neom Pyramids Valley Boutique Hotel. The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the pyramid complex so the location is unbeatable if visiting the pyramids & GEM. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable & were so friendly. Our stay also included free airport pickup & breakfast, the breakfast spread was great. Additionally, there is a rooftop restaurant with an incredible view of the pyramids, we enjoyed dinner & drinks up there during our stay!……
