“It was very clean and cozy. Loved the location and view! We would stay again. ”

“Clean, shops and restaurants nearby, parking behind the building”

“Nice area clean property”

“Place had everything needed n was spacious”

“Russell is beyond wonderful! Such a great HOST!! I WILL DEFINITELY BOOK HIM AGAIN! Parking should definitely be added to the price to ease the headache but other than that our stay was wonderful! We were walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go. Bed was comfy and we loved that he left us such a great care package! Thank you for such a great place to stay! Home away from home!”

“Would stay again, close to downtown. Very quiet neighborhood:)”

“We had a great, but quick, visit in Atlanta and this was great for our overnight stay. The location was perfect and really made it an easy trip. Everything felt safe and secure with access to the building and the concierge on site. The building is obviously old and the door to the apartment, screens on the balcony and handles on closet doors need some attention but mostly cosmetic. Communication with host was great.”

“Location was good”

“Please stay away from this property! They take your damage deposit and then claim you’ve damaged something in their apartment (which there’s many things wrong) then they’ll say you did it, and not refund your money. You speak to woman in some other country with roosters crowing and other load noises going on. Plus they don’t know much English, except for I’m sorry and will get back with you. After 6 weeks of trying to explain this, I got frustrated and told them to keep my $212!! Rip off artists……

“We loved our stay here. Claudia was incredibly accommodating and communicative. The check in process was very simple. The location is accessible to many popular places and was a very easy walk to the arena. When I booked, we had initially planned for only 2 of us but had a third family member join us. My only complaint is that the pull out bed is not well advertised. It is impossible to sleep on comfortably. The couch itself, however, was a very comfortable way to sleep!I would absolutely stay……

“Was a really nice place. There is an issue with a large homeless population staying in the park right outside the building.”

“Great room with very convenient location! Really enjoyed my stay. Only thing is I wish it wasn’t so hot during the summer! Otherwise 10/10”

“Everything was amazing.”

“Amazing host and wonderful apartment. Great location!”

“Recommend this property”

“As listed…no issues. Great location, you can walk easily to all major attractions. Highly recommend!”

“This property is located right downtown so if you want a quiet space this is not for you with the traffic and constant city bustle. It is an amazing property with a gorgeous roof top pool. The fitness area and the complex is absolutely stunning. The condo is absolutely perfect! The host makes sure you have everything you need. The kitchen had anything you could think of and tons of space for your grocery store run. On top of the great space, the Host is absolutely amazing!! I cannot speak any……
