“This was an unexpectedly exellent stay. The rooms were very spacious, very clean. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. The beds were also quite comfortable! “Comfort Inn and Suites in Hadley was the perfect place to stay on our way back to Boston. Our room was clean and large and had everything we needed. “Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. “Very historical hotel, a bit spooky on hallway and many strange/noisy sounds in the room. The floor was bumpy. I forgot a power charger in the hotel, but the hotel refused to help me got it back in the same day and just said it’s not found. No matter how I will never come back again. ”

"Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed the words to “she “will” try to find one” and I have to go back and wait. I told her I wait at front desk. She started to curse very loud and keep saying ” FXXX BXXX FXXX BXXX”. Unbelievable, these were sentence from front desk to client. She is definitely unqualified to work as front desk. Worst ever motel experience. Never choose this motel."
