「Everything was great. They have a large area for bathrooms, toilets and sinks. It’s clean. They provide toothbrush, towel and slippers. The dormitory is clean as well because we won’t wear outdoor shoes. But there has one concern point is that they have security cameras inside the dormitory because of security I guess. And I saw people changed clothes there. I was a bit worried if any males were watching the camera. 」

「We booked a room for 4 people on Expedia which had good reviews and a high rating, but when we arrived it was a 12 bedded dorm which we would not have booked. We emailed the property for clarification but we did not get a response.We feel we were not given what we asked for. On the website it stated that there was a 4 bedded room available but not a 3 bedded room or 2 bedded room. So we felt there were only 4 beds in a room. Could you explain how this has happened? It was noisy and very dirty...
