worst night sleep in a long time
"This hotel should only cater to tour groups! As an individual couple we reserved a Junior suite and found ourselves in a room that was super hot room without the heat on, no AC. The bed was beyond firm with flimsy pillows. The noisy elevator next door kept us up all night. The front desk service was the worst where the guy named 'Marcos' got into a heated argument about the fact that they were all sold out and that we had the best room in the hotel!! I truly believe other people reviewing this hotel are paid since it's shocking to see the high rating!"
