「The property was nice. The pool and hot tub definitely was always occupied. I didn’t get a chance to go in but for some reason in the room, there was no cold water. I let it run for about 20 minutes and also it smelled like rotten eggs coming from the drain, I thought it was the water so I was definitely worried about that but otherwise it was a good 」

「It was a wonderful stay, close to all shops, pubs and restaurants all walking distant. 」

「We first moved to San Luis Obispo in 2020 and we stayed here for 10 days We moved into our ranch a month later and the pool at university became our oasis every couple of months I know you're putting in a new one so I'm waiting and get can you put king size beds in I'm 6ft5 we've stayed over 30 nights 」

「Well there was a cockroach we found in the room and the floor by the door had dirt. There is no water pressure in the shower and no shampoo. Call and got some shampoo. 」

「Great location, very nice and clean units, and great communication from staff. However, when they warn that it is in a noisy location, they mean it. Right over and across from extremely boisterous bars with lots of loud drunks. We were ok with it, but if you need silence to get a good nights sleep this probably isn’t the place for you.」

「Ryan Cider and Bourbon met us as we parked. My dog Arthur quickly befriended the other 2 dogs. Ryan greeted us and showed us around the grounds and house. The views are spectacular. The house itself is tastefully furnished and items are clearly labeled. Amenities are top-notch and well thought out. There are multiple spices, coffee and cooking oil. The beds are extremely comfortable and we sleep soundly. We did not want to leave the house!! I enjoyed meeting the tortoise and viewing the koi pot....
