「The staff were nice and helpful. They also had socialising and activities but as we were only there one night we didn’t go. The common areas were decorated with cool furniture and were quite spacious. The room had what we needed. They were kind enough to let us store our luggage and access it multiple times either side of our stay so we could see the city more easily. The area was very nice and had lots of outdoor cafes and restaurants. We walked to the Acropolis and other sight seeing. 」

「Location is excellent ,50 meters from Ermou street. Equivalent to a 5 star hotel without the hotel facilities. Directives as how to check-in were very clear and got a prompt reply from their customer service for some technical issue with the hairdryer that was immediately solved. Top value for money! Highly recommended for those who want a 5 star room without having to pay the price of a 5 star hotel.」

「Although located near Acropolis metro station with just 1 min walking distance, the location of the hotel itself is quite bad since it’s surrounded by construction sites, noise starts coming in as early as 7am! And there would be people gathering outside the hotel for smoke break, or would be illegal parking, it’s a mess when you go out or come back. WiFi is desperately slow. Electricity shuts down in the middle of the night. Limited amenities and bad maintenance for everything (lights go out or...

「Stay was okay. What ruined it was housekeeping rang the doorbell and banged on the door right at 11am while I was just about to leave and finishing a work call. I understand checkout time is 11am, but it felt quite abrupt and disruptive at that moment. I was already in the process of leaving, so I would have appreciated a little patience and a less forceful approach, especially while I was still on a call. It made the end of the stay feel unnecessarily stressful, which was disappointing after...

「It seems that they are newly opened and just working through the kinks. The unit is not fully stocked yet (no pots and pans, not adequate towels, etc), there are drainage issues in the bathrooms that led to water coming out of the showers (half doors) and it ends up with the floor soaked each time. Overall, very reasonably priced and a good location, but would not stay again.」
