「Great staff, great proximity, clean room, good towels but they need an ice machine」

「Clean and very spacious hotel. Staff are mostly friendly and quite lovely except for the receptionist at one point. Very rude. I had stored my bags with the front desk while waiting for my transport and when I went to pick this up she handled the situation very rudely and unprofessionally in the way she spoke to me. Not only did she leave it to the last minute until the transport arrived but she couldn’t find the keys to open the store room and was attending to others while I was waiting. Apart...

「The hotel appears to be fairly new. The room smelt of fresh paint, clean and a good size. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchenette area was a good size. The location is approximately 15 minute taxi drive from the airport, which was perfect, especially with an early morning flight. The only disappointment is no onsite restaurant. 「Location was amazing. So peaceful, quiet, and serene. Viewed sunset from deck chairs of our room. Small facility so beach walks not crowded with lots of tourists. Room a little small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious - all so fresh. Secured parking on site. Only suggestion is to make guard gate electronic so aren’t required to get out of car to enter code. 」
