Complimentary breakfast is awesome! Front desk was very courteous, efficient & helpful. Unfortunately, we did not receive the daily housekeeping that was listed as an amenity. Overall, our stay was enjoyable- thank you!

"Toilet cleaning can be improved. When I arrived, it was full of hair on the floor. The bed linen also had a lot of hair on it and was in very bad shape. It needs to be replaced as soon as possible. The housekeeping staff did a very good job daily. Breakfast was less than average, but no complaint as long as they have the live station omelet. The arrival experience wasn't good. When I asked for a complimentary early check-in, I received a strange answer: she said, 'We are not doing that, you need to pay.'"
