"The unit was clean and had all the amenities you would need during your stay. The unit is nicely decorated and walking distance from the beach. Parking was easy in our own designated spot. The grounds were so pretty with the oak trees and the azaleas blooming. Communication was fantastic, we would definitely stay here again!"

"This home is beautiful and worked well for our family, however it isn’t a beachfront property like it shows. The beach is a good four blocks away, but a quick 10 minute walk. The owner was very responsive and receptive to some suggestions!"

"My family of 4 stayed in this lovely home and had an awesome short but eventful spring break trip in Jacksonville. The location of the home was not too far from the beach and not to far from shopping! We loved competing in the Jacksonville-opoly game and the kids loved playing the foosball game in the home. It was a very quiet and friendly neighborhood and we felt very safe. I would recommend this home!"

"The house is set in a beautiful, quiet and private location with a great backyard complete with pool and hot tub. House had a nice layout and was well equipped. Access to the beach via golf cart, walking or bike was great. Would definitely return!"

"Overall the experience at this house was nice. I arrived with two co-workers to do a big job for a client. We are an IT company. The house was clean, and we had everything that we needed. The only issue I had was during our stay on one day, we came home to both the upstairs and downstairs thermostats being off. I know for a fact they were both on when we left because the house was freezing when we first got there and we didn't want to touch the thermostats. I even asked my coworkers if they had...

"The cute property was perfect for our stay in Jacksonville. We flew in from Alaska to visit our son and celebrate his 30th birthday. We easily walked to dinner every night, we walked to the beach in the mornings for sunrise. We had friends stop in to visit us. The grocery store is two blocks away…The location was perfect!! The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were nice. The beach cottage is clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is stocked and we cooked breakfast there every...

"This property was perfect for 3 families with teens! We loved the two washer and dryers and hug kitchen island! We made so many new memories in the backyard with the pool, playing cornhole (that we brought) and having snores around the fire pit. It is a short drive to the beach and restaurants. It was clean and as represented on the website! Will stay here again."

"Fantastic location and literally only steps from the smoothest sand we’ve walked on in many years! Everything was as advertised and plenty of room for a family of four. Nicely updated and tastefully decorated. We gave the overall check-in process 4/5 because we didn’t get the instructions or entry codes until we asked for them twice (once 24 hours before and once the day of check-in at 4:30 pm). The management team was apologetic and this may have been an oversight, but it was nerve racking....

"This VRBO was amazing. Very nicely furnished with a lux vibe throughout. The screened in porch was so soothing - ONLY DOWNSIDE - neighbors have very loud dogs which mess up the ambience of indoors and outdoors which would catch us off guard as we didn’t know when or what time we’d hear them. OVERALL - this was a very nice stay and I would highly recommend it. Just know about the dogs and you can get your mind right for them barking up the tranquil peace that you’d get otherwise."

"We stayed at the Seaglass for a few days and it was perfect for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable. There were snacks in a basket when we arrived - such a lovely touch. It was great to have beach chairs and an umbrella for our use so we didn’t have to bring those. It was just a short walk to the beach and the pool and we had a lovely view of both. The location was great - just a short drive to shopping and restaurants. Thanks so much to our hosts for the hospitality!"

"The property was very nice! Two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We were in town for a wedding so we had a very quick trip. The back had a great space to relax since it was cooler w were not able to use the pool. About 10-15 mins to the Neptune beach are with lots of restaurants and shops! The wedding was in Kathryn Abby Hannah state park. There are lots of activities/ rentals , and public beach in the park. We had a great time and would come back she. We can stay longer."
