「The shuttle bus driver that day (11th morning) is a racist. There were altogether two passengers on the bus (including me). The driver kindly asked another passenger at which gate he would like to alight. Then, when arrived, that passenger alighted and gave the driver tips. 「I had an unexpected layover at YUL due to flight delays and had to quickly find a hotel. I was able to book the room, use the airport shuttle, check-in and be in my room within 20 minutes. The staff at the front were helpful in suggesting places to order food to the room and their suggestion was very tasty.
