Hello, thank you for you message. If keyless entry didnt work, how did you enter the property? Please advise promptly so we may be able to assist you. We are concerned that this is only notified to us now and we are unable to trace you as a guest. Lastly just to let you know that, other guests which have stayed in our apts have not communicated similar issue. We look forward to hear from you. Thank you!!

Hello Gary - thank you for your review; it is appreciated. Apologies that you had to check out on time 10am, as another guest was arriving, and the apt needed to be prepared. We checked and didnt receive any request for a late-check out either. Apologies that you had to leave on time. Re parking, there was no parking booked for you, during your stay as noted you said no carpark required. Once again, we apologise that you were not ready to leave on time. Best wishes x

Dear Christina, Thank you for your review. 1) Please kindly refer to your itinerary from Expedia when you booked. Cleaning charges and damage bond was to be paid on arrival. This has been confirmed by Expedia. 2) Key pick up from Planet Icecream store because you had arrived AFTER hours, when the office was already closed. Furthermore, time of your arrival was also NOT indicated during our phone call to you in the morning and no reply to email sent to you after the phone call regarding time of arrival. 3) On Saturday morning, the complex was having its annual building wash. This is part of the building's scheduled maintenance program and is outside of our control. 4) We have checked with security and there was NO noise complain or parties on level 4 on the weekend that you stayed. If you had contacted us regarding noise issues, it would have been attended to immediately as Security is onsite 24/7 and there is Quiet Time Policy for the whole complex. We apologise for your experience, but upon arrival we were informed that you had been very rude and verbally abused one of our team members who stayed back to wait for your arrival saying that "she didnt give a hoot". After your poor behaviour, she also gave you the option to cancel the booking, and not pay for the cleaning charges, and given you the option to ring Expedia to cancel. BUT because it was late when you arrived, you didnt want to go to the Stamford. Our staff also walked you to the apartment. She also pointed out the house manual which had WIFI information etc. You went on further insinuating that the key access tag for the apt may not be working and you wouldnt want to be stuck outside at 10pm. She explained that the apt and the keys were all checked prior to any arrival (as this is our standard process). Hope this is clear. Thank you again.
