「I live here in Austin and just wanted a night away from home, rooms were available. Front desk staff very friendly and helping. My room was clean and cozy and enough space for me, as I was a solo guest. Breakfast was great, and had many options. Great location with street parking if you don't want to pay! Overall had a great experience!」

「We had such a wonderful night at the Frances Modern Inn. Their room 15 is a gorgeous two story suite with a perfectly curated apartment feel, just with all of the amenities of a five star hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us with parking and even left birthday cupcakes for my husband. There is a beautiful patio and courtyard to hang out in before even arriving in the suite. Do not stay here if you are traveling for business or a wedding, or any function that would require nice clothes. The only place available to hang them is over the back of a chair! 「For my money, this is the best place to stay in Austin if you are traveling solo or with one other person. It is a fantastic location. I was a little worried about parking but had absolutely no issue with that. It is such a lovely set-up and so very clean and comfortable. 「Beautiful modern room with great amenities and very clean. The only downside is if you get a room that faces the street, you will hear the band playing from the bar across the narrow street. 」
