Upscale comfortable living in a fantastic location.
The house was warm and inviting with a great sense of style. The amenities were plentiful and we absolutely loved being so close to downtown and just a block from Congress Avenue. The street was so quiet even in its central location. The house has so much living space with large bedrooms, two seating areas inside, a screened in porch, and a backyard with lots of seating. We enjoyed the views of the skyline both night and day. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a convenient home in Austin for a larger group or family.

Home for the holidays
This is the second Thanksgiving we have stayed at this property. It was perfect for our family. It's well-appointed, nicely decorated, and a two-block walk to South Congress. Everyone spent time together and whoever wanted to shop just walked down the street. We highly recommend booking this property!

Cute House in a great location
The house was very clean and well appointed and accommodated our group of 7 well. We loved that we could walk to many shops, good restaurants as well as music venues nearby. We could have used some extra towels as they were quite small and didn't manage to find a toaster if there was one but overall great spot and great time in Austin.

Great house in a great Neighborhood!
We came to town for a National Collegiate Track meet and a few days of soaking in the Austin area. This cute house was lovely, well appointed, comfy spaces to relax and cool off. Walking distance to all the SoCo (South of Congress) shops, bars and restaurants in this fun area, and great to come back to a quiet neighborhood. Easy Uber to the downtown area.

Perfect house in perfect location
The house itself is stunning and has the most beautiful decor and artwork. The location cannot be beat. Just steps from tons of shops, bars, and restaurants. The check in/out process was incredibly easy and flexible. Would stay here again in a heart beat!
