Better than I imagined

The property is absolutely beautiful, spacious and welcoming. It was fully stocked with our necessities and truly felt like home away from home. Not only that but let's talk about convenience. We just walked right across the street to the huge grocery store to stock up on the nights we wanted a low key night in. I had some issues, initially getting in, due to my own issues and when I reached out to the property managers, they were so kind and empathetic and made them selves available to help me on the spot. Service was spectacular, property was amazing and beautiful, and the convenience of location was the icing. Highly recommend and I will definitely be booking here every time I'm in the area.

Dirty, mattresses full of stains I mean disgusting we were not even able to sleep in Master bedroom the bed look like it was a murder scene. The shower had mold I had to put a towel on the floor to stand on it. Dishes in counter had oil I mean everything we touched was disgusting for the amount of money we paid. Then a guy walks in the house from the garage door no knock while we are eating claiming he is the gardener Nick what the freak is scared the heck out of us this is so unacceptable.

walked into the property to find a homeless man had been spending time there and was found nude in the pool. This was in front of my 3 year old. We spoke to the property who was apologetic and tried to find a replacement home for us but wasn't able to. Overall the area felt unsafe for a family with young children to be staying there. The customer service for the property was helpful and very kind but overall very disappointing experience after a long morning of travel. Had to find a hotel to stay at instead of property. We were able to get a refund but nothing else was offered to try to rectify the time spent dealing with the situation and the groceries that were wasted by moving to a hotel instead of staying at the home.
