House spent like it had mould in it, AC was so loud, apartment complex looked unkept. Washing machine was broken for a three night stay. We left after two nights to a hotel. I also blame Vrbo for not doing a proper inspection of this place before listing it. Total disappointing stay.

Disgusting

Was not cleaned from previous guests. Trash was coming out of the can. Bed was slept in and tussled. Dirty towels on the floor. Throw on the couch was on the floor. 2 bugs were in the bathtub. The owner acted nice, but did not live up to his promised refund efforts. I had to get VRBO involved 2 weeks later. Book at your own risk.

Unit wasn't cleaned before I got in.

I arrived to the unit not being clean and started to clean it myself including starting a laundry for the bedding and threw in some of my clothes and reaching out to the host. They said they hadn't cleaned the unit and someone would be there soon so I had to leave at check in time. They also thew away the clothes I'd thrown in the washer since I didn't warm the host fast enough. They said they'd refund my cleaning fee for cleaning up and money for my clothes. I never got either. The unit still wasn't very clean when I got back.
