"Stayed there for 4 Nights . All front desk and concierge staff did an excellent job for the first 3 days . Unfortunately on the day of checking out i came across a front desk lady who was cool , unprofessional and full of attitude . The encounter with her ruined my impression of excellence of staff and service of Fullerton hotel ."

"The location of this hotel is amazing! So close to the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The view of the Sydney Opera House from our room also made this stay extra special. The hotel staff went above and beyond to enhance our visit as well. "

"The hotel is in a great location for exploring Melbourne north and south of the river. It is only a few steps to a wide choice of eating places and located within the free tram zone. The staff were friendly and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a good view across the rail tracks of Flinders Station and the river. Our room was very quiet. We could occasionally hear the trains, but the sound was brief and heavily muted and did not disturb us. Room service food was very good, especially the lamb ribs! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rendezvous and it will be our first choice for accommodation when we return to Melbourne."
