“Checking in was very smooth. The hotel contacted me in advance and was ready for our arrival. Checked us in, helped with our luggage and gave us some very useful local insights to the restaurants nearby. During our stay they even gave us a nice surprise, to help us enjoy the wonderful city and area even more. We had a balcony overlooking the street to ourselves, though we didn't use it, as it was way too hot outside, but it was still nice to know we had one to use, if we wanted. The location……

“Very warm welcome from the staff, lovely room which made the most of the historical features of the building and an excellent breakfast each morning. Hotel is at the top of one of Lisbon's many hills, but only a 20 minute walk to centre or plenty of trams/buses. Plus side is a quiet neighborhood with lots of food options away from bustle of Lisbon”

“The hotel team are excellent - always smiling and kind. The receptionists were very helpful in recommending places and provided adaptors for our chargers. The restaurant team provided us with ice and pot of water to use in our room. Unfortunately the room is very small with no kettle, or small fridge, and no space to sit around comfortably. The restaurant barmen, provided ice and also pot of hot water for us to bring into our room as a solution. luckily there is an outdoor garden seating……

It would be nice if they welcomed you on your entry to the hotel, or had a list of restaurant recommendations, or services offered. There is a lot of opportunity here.
