The problem was that we went to the address given on the confirmation but nobody was there to talk to. Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. “Big building complex. I initially could not find it because Google Maps showed it on the wrong side of the street. If you look on the correct side of the street, you cannot miss it. Parking is 1.5 blocks away at the City Hall parking garage. Copley Court gives a discount code to guests that reduces 24-hour parking from $45 to $18.50. “We loved the view from our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. “We enjoyed the comfortable bed and pillows and not having to step into a bath to have a shower. The enclosed shower was great. Space was tight around the bed and I did bang my leg on the sharp corner of the bed passing from the window side to the bathroom at night.
