「Nice staff with very wonderful experience to check in」

「We stayed in Italy for 10 days and visited 5 different locations and this was clearly the best. We stayed here for 3 nights, and it did not disappoint. We wished we had stayed longer. 「Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena. The hotel is well equipped, and since we booked the best suite in the hotel, the view from it is spectacular. 「Front desk was very nice! Complementary water and flip flops were given upon arrival. Overall the grounds were well maintained but the pool was dirty ( no cover on pool/ or pool boy to clean out every couple hours). Pool is right next to a main road covered up by some bushes but you can hear the cars zipping by. Rooms were nice. Breakfast had a great variety of food. Onsite dinner was okay nothing special.」
