“Het huis is prima. Nieuwe keuken voorzien van alle inbouwapparatuur incl. vaatwasser. Het zwembad werd niet goed onderhouden. Ik heb begrepen dat ze een ander bedrijf gaan inhuren voor de onderhoud van het zwembad en de buitenruimte. Bij veel wind ruik je heel erg een rioollucht in de badkamer. Dit is te verhelpen door een sifon te plaatsen op de hoofdafvoer. Locatie is wat afgelegen, maar ook lekker rustig.”

“Het huis was schoon en lekker veel ruimte.Het zwembad was ideaal voor kleine kinderen omdat je hem kan afsluiten. Voor de volwassene is hij klein maar prima om even af te koelen. Het enige wat wij vervelend vonden dat er niets in huis was. Wij waren gevlogen met 2 kleine kinderen en kwamen om 17.30 pas in het verblijf. Dus hebben we eerst boodschappen moeten doen. Gelukkig is er een supermarktje in de buurt. Maar dat was het enige wat even vervelend was. Aanraden als met je het vliegtuig reist……

“La Villa est parfaitement située peut être pas à 30m mais 20m de la plage ! A mesurer :) La plage en face est propre, bien fréquentée (familles) et pas surchargée. La terrasse de la Villa est très agréable, et vu qu'elle est à 1min de marche de la plage, on peut faire des allées retours pour boire un verre plusieurs fois par jours. C'est vrai qu'une petite rénovation s'impose, ampoules, lampes à remplacer, moustiquaires à réparer ou remplacer, rajouter de la vaisselle etc...ca reste de petites……

“Wij zijn zeer goed ontvangen; het contact via de app verliep prettig en vlot. In overleg met de eigenaren mochten wij de woning eerder betreden dan oorspronkelijk gepland. Uiteindelijk werd onze aankomst alsnog later dan voorzien, maar dit was geen enkel probleem. De woning beschikt over twee keukens, beide voorzien van vaatwassers, ovens en diverse keukengerei. Daarnaast is er een Nespresso-apparaat beschikbaar voor gebruik.”

“We had a lovely 8 nights at this villa. The Villa was very clean and as described. Lovely facilities. The only negative for me the lack of steps to help getting in and out of the swimming pool. I do think anyone with small children would need to be aware that there is no hand rail or steps on the pool, so you need to be able to pull yourself up and out. The location is good, you can walk into the centre of Salou in 30 mins, or there is a bus stop a couple of mins away, with regular buses……

“The property was big and spacious it fit all of us and also provided everything you needed from kitchen laundry seating beds linens etc. cleanliness was okay but most linens were very dusty and there was an insect problem almost everywhere around the house. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and squeaky you can barely move, so we could not get a proper rest for 2 weeks. Cleaning fees were too expensive Location is actually good but it was not near any bus stops that actually can take you to……
