“The hotel is pretty. A big problem during my stay was that the hotel advertised as keeping the outdoor pool open till 28 September, but they closed the pool on 21 September (which was disappointing as it was 30 degree sunshine everyday) and one of the staff members was quite rude in her approach. They admitted the hotel advertised incorrectly but offered me no compensation or rectification. It meant no guests staying this week could sit around the pool because they decided to change their terms……

“The room 103 was double bed, however, there was hardly a room to pass between the foot of the bed and the secretary (about 10-12 inches) - we kept hitting our knees. This space was much better in other rooms which we glanced in. The other annoying thing was the USB slots for charging. There were only two, but our USB didn't fit in them. So we had to use sockets with converters. There were 2 sockets only. The light switches for bedside lights were too far to reach from the beds. And the lights……

“Hôtel passable pour une nuit. Attention, il donne sur une grande route et c'est mal isolé donc bruyant ! Idem parking plein donc pas de parking. N'y comptez pas trop malgré les infos sur l'hôtel. En revanche, nous avons apprécié que l'accueil soit ouvert 24/24, ca permet une arrivée tardive.”

“This property has everything for a short stay, elevator is very helpful for carrying luggage. however the bed room is useless since there is no AC in the room . In the hot summer day the ceiling fan is not enough and we ended up to sleep on the couch in living room. Apart from this every thing is law was great.”

“I was not a fan of this hotel. How does a hotel not have blankets on a bed? That is very odd to me. I had to ask three times for blankets for the bed. No one "staffed" the cafe/ bar area. If you wanted anything, you had to go to front desk and ask for help. There were no ice machines. If I wanted ice, I had to ask for it and it was like you were asking for some special request item. The restaurant on site was only open for dinner from 8-10. I guess that's normal for Spain, but it was……
