“If negative star can be rated i m sure will leave a negative rating to this kind of family run tiny hostel. The receptionist is unprofessional un polite as the room is not suitable to sell for us. The toilet door is glasses door with magnetic tape on top, the door cannot be opened we have reported to the receptionist but doesn’t help to solve, they forced to open the door and ask us to keep the toilet door open even taking show or using toilet bowl! “This is a great place to take a break from a long drive between Granada and Seville. A nice shopping mall is attached with lots of quick eating places. Also the breakfast though a bit expensive for what was offered but it was good and had choices. “Property is very clean, recently remodeled. Check-in must be done with an app and was extremely cumbersome. We made reservations for a room with 2 twin beds. The confirmation we received also included a picture of a room with 2 beds, but our room had only a double bed. On our request to have it changed, the reply was simply: "we don't have it available". No apology or any explanation. The room was extremely small and sparse. Bed with 2 small nightstands and a wall closet. No chairs to sit on or……
