「Great location, extremely kind and efficient staff, who went out of their way to make me feel at home and catered to my every comfort. The first hotel in many years who made me feel that I was a welcome friend. Do NOT be discouraged that this hotel has two stars. This reflects the fact that it does not have a restaurant, though the breakfast was delicious. It is, in fact a 5-star accommodation, in terms of the comforts it offers.」

「未入住前已安排好了登記及發出電子鎖匙，到步後就可以立刻進入房間，放下行李，稍作休息後就係可外出遊覽。省卻了一般酒店登記入住的時間。另外，可能是遇上了一星期清潔房間時間，清潔了一次房間覺得挺意外！而且地點方便，但又清靜。有兩間浴室，又有黑膠唱片機。唯一缺點是在一樓而只有樓梯，但對住本人來說問題不大。總括來說，物超所值。」

「It’s location is in the Santa Cruz old town. It’s walkable distance to all attractions including the palace, bull fighting stadium, Spanish plaza etc. The hotel arranged transportation for our midnight departure. The room is really spacious with free mini bar refills and apples. These treats are really rare these days! 」

「We loved our stay here. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated, the room was spacious and comfortable, every detail was thought through. We especially appreciate the very kind and helpful staff. The restaurant and bar are also very worth visiting, especially for breakfast. If we are ever in Seville again, this is where we will stay. Thank you for everything!」

Although I didn’t receive the check-in instructions in advance, a quick call to the provided number connected me with a friendly and efficient staff member who made the entire check-in process effortless. Checking out was just as smooth. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfect—both made my stay truly relaxing.」
